Terms of Service

By accessing or using SuperDeals REI (“Service”), operated by SuperDeals REI (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service provides real estate deal analysis tools including CoLiving income/expense calculators, acquisition strategy modeling, amortization schedules, renovation cost estimators, and deal comparison features. The Service is a calculation tool and does not provide investment advice.

You must register for an account to use certain features. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Certain features require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

• Free trials automatically convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled
• Cancel your subscription at any time through account settings or the Stripe Customer Portal
• Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission

The Service, including all software, content, design, and branding, is owned by the Company and protected by intellectual property laws. Your deal data remains your property. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.

The Service is a calculation and analysis tool. Nothing on this platform constitutes investment, financial, tax, or legal advice. All calculations are based on the inputs you provide. Consult with qualified professionals before making any investment decisions.

We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.
